Celebrate the 50 year anniversary of this groundbreaking musical!

SCT will take you back to the Age of Aquarius with the American Tribal Love-Rock Musical, Hair. It has been 50 years since the hippies and their shining, gleaming, steaming, flaxen, waxen locks invaded Broadway. Created during the Vietnam War and sexual revolution of the late 60s, many of the songs became anthems of the counter culture peace movement and inspired a whole generation to make love, not war.

The outrageous staging, dress, language, and social commentary are as relevant, unsettling, and exciting as they were in 1968.

Enjoy the psychedelic, groovy trip back.

A Comedy of Tenors

Jan 16-Feb3, 2019

Directed by Shawn Carrington

By Ken Ludwig

Enjoy the sequel to SCT’s successful 2013 production of Lend Me a Tenor

Acclaimed playwright Ken Ludwig delights audiences with the hysterical antics of world class tenors, their egos, their wives (and their girlfriends). A Comedy of Tenors is a cleverly written sex farce set in a plush Paris hotel suite in the 1930s. Beautiful gowns and tuxedos share the spotlight with skimpy undergarments and  mistaken identities as love and romance play out through carefully choreographed door slamming and unexpected plot twists.

Rated PG-13

It’s a battle for the ages … or in this case, the aging.

Two elderly women of vastly different temperaments are thrown together as roommates in a coveted sunny room with a view at Bristol Place Senior Living Facility. The cranky Abby is out to get rid of the annoyingly cheerful new arrival, Marilyn.  They make a wager that escalates into a dangerous and funny game of one-upsmanship. David Lindsay-Abaire’s story delves into deep emotions while the laughs keep coming.
