Refund Policy:

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless a performance is cancelled.

Ticket Exchanges:

We offer one exchange per performance free of charge. Any additional changes will incur a $3 per ticket charge.

Ticket Upgrades:

Preview Season tickets and Adult Thursday tickets will incur an upgrade charge ranging from $3-$6 per ticket, depending on the date they are exchanged to. Individual tickets can be upgraded from Student or Senior, by paying the difference in price per ticket.

Lap Seating Policy:

Regardless of age, any person requires a ticket upon entering the Theatre. Children may sit on parent’s lap, but they must be accounted for by a ticket.

Age Restrictions:

Please note that many of our shows are inappropriate for young children. Please respect the experience of the people around you if you decide to bring a young child.

Safety:

The safety of our patrons, volunteers and employees is our utmost concern. Please follow the rules and guidance of SCT personnel when faced with an emergency.
