Troubleshooting for SCT Online Ticketing
Stockton Civic Theatre uses VBO ticketing as our program for all ticket sales and reservations. If you’re having trouble with your online account or purchasing tickets on our website, please see below for possible solutions.
You have attempted to purchase tickets, but the browser is spinning and will not continue: This may be an internet issue at this time. If you have not entered any payment details, your ticket order was not processed. Refresh the page and try to process the order again. If you have already entered payment details, contact the SCT box office to confirm if your payment was received and tickets reserved before trying again.
You forgot your e-mail, password, or it is not accepting one that you previously set: If your e-mail or password are not working, you can reset your password by clicking “reset password”. VBO will send an e-mail to the e-mail address your account was created with to reset it. If your e-mail address is not recognized, then it may not match the one that you currently have associated to your SCT account. You can create a new account using the e-mail address you wish to use or contact the box office to verify the e-mail address you would like to use for future orders.
The website isn’t working on your mobile device: VBO is a mobile friendly program, but if you are having trouble purchasing or reserving tickets on your mobile device, it may have to do with the Wi-Fi or cellular service you are connected to, or the device’s software may need updating.
You are trying to reserve flex passes, vouchers, or use gift certificates: For all flex passes, vouchers, and gift certificates you will find a “subscription code”. When going through the check-out process online, you can enter this code in the “apply code” box before checking out, to use it. To make sure you apply the code, please check that you have entered the code correctly, and clicked “apply” before continuing through check-out. If you are solely using a flex pass, voucher, or gift certificate for your full purchase, you should not need to enter any credit card details. After applying the code, it will change your order to $0. You will always receive a confirmation to your e-mail address if your order was processed.
